Meet The Brewer

Stoney Creek BrewHouse is a one man show. Like many beer lovers, he learned about balancing the water, grains, hops, and yeast while serving all over the country during his 20+ years in the Coast Guard. After taking an intro to brewing course in 2006, he was hooked and the garage hasn’t seen a car since then! After developing his love for Alaska and friendships with brewers around the state, Seward became the perfect location to serve fresh suds. 

With a new 7 Barrel Brew System Greg is able to bring StoneyCreek Brew to more folks in town and as always focuses on the right styles Seward’s natural environment can produce. With a shallow water table, it has the right minerals and pH to bring crisp IPAs, farmhouse Belgians, and smooth West Coast lagers to your glass.
