Sour Not Sorry Brewing

Owner/Founder/Brewer Colin Crociati has 10 years of brewing experience under his belt. He has worked for 4 different major craft breweries in Massachusetts. Colin started his brewing career back in college making small batches of beer rather then just going to the liquor store like any sensible person! Colin soon discovered the world of sour beer and fell in love with the possibilities it could achieve. The first sour beer recipe he ever brewed was called “Total Deutschebag!” a sour smoke ale which he has been perfecting it since 2016. Deutschebag sparked the interest to see what other sour beers could be created and the idea for an all sour beer brewery was born! Plans were put on hold however when Colin received news that he had stage 2 Hodgkin lymphoma. He spent that year fighting and the dream kept his spirit burning.
