Paradox Beer Co

Paradox Brewery is a certified Veteran owned, independent craft brewery founded in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains brewing innovative beer of the highest quality. Our roots trace 40 years back to when our president and founder, Paul Mrocka, fell in love with beer and brewing in Germany while stationed as an army pilot. After a few decades of brewing for friends and family, Paul’s beer became fairly well known in and around Paradox Lake.  Those lucky enough to know where on the lake to go, could get in their boats and go grab a beer with Paul. At this time, he was was brewing 200 gallons per year in order to keep up with the demand for his tasty (and free) lake beer.
