Ookapow was one of the first West Palm Beach breweries. The 1,900-square-foot nanobrewery opened in September 2017, and is the brainchild of partners Jeff Singletary and Damian Ramos
A 40-foot-long countertop will divide Ookapow’s brewhouse from its 1000-square-foot taproom, There are multiple tv’s as well as picnic tables in the center of the taproom. For customer’s enjoyment there are an assortment of games and activities for people to enjoy while enjoying great beer. It’s an open-floor-plan concept that will bring drinkers closer to the brewing process and to Ookapow’s big-flavored beers, which have helped the duo with forming lasting relationship with the community. The strength of Ookapow’s local fan base prompted Jeff to quit his fitness-trainer job of 25 years and focus full-time on beer. Damian moved from New York City and has been able to open one of his dreams in the Warehouse District of West Palm Beach, Florida.
