Description
Most of Mr. Dunderbak’s menu is made in “haus”. A little Americanized, after a generation or two, but with a clear Swabisch heritage. We make fresh potato pancakes every morning and use my Oma’s favorite recipes.Our food is made to order and we make every effort to find vendors who offer fresh traditional German style ingredients.
