MIDDLETON BREWING is a 10 barrel brewpub located between San Marcos and Wimberley Texas. We brew an extensive collection of ales (and at times, an unparalleled larger) perfectly suited for the Texas Hill Country. In addition we offer a wide array of wines and locally made ciders.
We also have the best burgers within a hundred miles. MBTX Burger Shop is now open and ready for your order. Come enjoy one of our hand-crafted burgers in the pub or to-go.
We strive to provide the community with world class beer and food in an inviting, entertaining and laid back atmosphere. We have been open to the public since 2011 with many years to come.
