Lost Evenings Brewing Company is owned by Patrick & Heather Davis, 2 Kansas natives. Pat started brewing at home in 2012, and quickly became obsessed with the idea of opening a brewery. Since then we have constantly been fine tuning our recipes and practicing the art of brewing. Not long after, he joined the Johnson County Brewing Society, a local homebrewing club, and that has allowed us to meet other local brewers, get to know people who are opening other small scale breweries around the KC Metro area, and get insight into the craft beer industry as a whole. It has given us the chance to serve our beer to the general public at events such as the Kansas City Nanobrew Fest (Kansas City, MO), High Plains Brewhoff (Overland Park, KS), and Blarney Brew Off (Lee’s Summit, MO). Pat has also become a certified beer judge through the Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) which has allowed us to further improve our beers.
