Technically, it’s still Spring here in Central Texas, but who are we kidding? The mercury is rising quickly; dropped eggs will soon be frying on sidewalks; Barton Springs will turn into a solid brick of notionally “swimming” humans again. In other words, it’s gettin’ hot out there. Enter OLD WORLD CHARM, Humble Pint’s first German-style pilsner. This light, crisp, dry pale lager provides just the sort of heat shield needed to continue enjoying our patio deep into the inferno called “Texas Summer”.
OLD WORLD CHARM is mashed with Rahr Old World Pilsner malt, and a dash of biscuit malt, then hopped with Willamette and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Combined with our stellar lager yeast and allowed to slowly ferment at low temperatures. Come and enjoy one on our patio while it lasts!
