Fat Hill Brewing is a 100% locally owned 7-barrel craft brewery that opened in Mason City in December 2016. Our brewing facility and taproom in the long-vacant historic building at 17 N. Federal Avenue features sixteen taps, space for 140 patrons, and a variety of live music and special events. We are so excited to be located in beautiful downtown Mason City!
The founders/owners of FHB are beer enthusiasts Jake Rajewsky and Molly Angstman, a BFF duo. Jake serves as brewer/GM and Molly is our marketing and events manager. They both love serving beer and chatting to customers so you’ll see them working behind the bar quite a bit too. Other faces you’ll see at the brewery include our fabulous staff: Taylor, Tim, Jon, Aimee, Jen, Madison, Ben, and Katie. We have a great team here and are so proud/humbled that they all want to work with us.
