A longtime dream of Eighty-Three’s head brewer and owner, Chris Surak, was to open a brewery in Akron where he could share the perfect brew with his community. Chris and his wife Steph have been hosts to many a friend, neighbor, and family member over the years… all called to their home to partake in Chris’s delicious beer creations.
