Wayne Burns, early in his career, mastered the specialty niche of creating strong beers that clock in above 10% Alcohol By Volume [ABV] – sometimes well over – beers where balance and complexity belie alcohol content, beers with amazing character brand-new or aged for 1 – 25+ years. Wayne’s 22%ABV, 22+year old beer mellows in our cellar, and Burns Family Artisan Ales is planning to create one for your cellar, as well.
