Microbrewery
Boom Island Brewing Company opened fall 2011 on the shores of the Mississippi, a hops throw away from our namesake island. In Summer 2019 we moved from Minneapolis to Minnetonka to expand our production and taproom.
Inspired by traditional Belgian recipes and brewing techniques, our beers are handcrafted using pure Minnesota water and the freshest, natural ingredients. With a new larger facility, the Boom Island team is able to expand on its Belgian base and explore more beer styles and flavors!
