We’re pretty proud of our little production brewery setup in Hutchinson, Minnesota. We are currently setup as a 7BBL direct fire brewing system. The brewery consists of five fermenters with the ability to add more. This system allows us the capability to produce 600 barrels of beer a year.
Our lineup at present contains 10 different brews. We’re working on an approximately 18 day brewing cycle which means the beer is moving to kegs about that often. We have more recipes in our lineup so it will be rotating throughout the year.
