Le Jus

NEIPA, 6.0% ABV

American Pale Ale, 6.0% ABV

Our flagship pale ale and 2020 GABF Bronze Medal Winner for American Pale Ale is designed for huge aroma and flavor in this dry hopped, low bitterness American Pale Ale. Mosaic hops create tropical fruit and dank pine notes / flavors.

Crispy Boy

Pilsner, 4.9% ABV

Our flagship lager is brewed with Pilsner malt and fermented with a classic German yeast. We pour this out of our Czech faucet, Lukr, for a creamy and crispy boi taste with a topping of wet foam to start it off.

Awwww Cooool

IPA, 7.4% ABV

This SUPER COOOOL IPA is fermented aggressively so it’s dry with a nice bitterness. Idaho Gem and Idaho 7 hops drive out a floral / citrus / tea aroma and flavor.

Cold Open

Helles, 4% ABV

Classic German style light lager. Soft malty sweetness accompanied by low bitterness makes this beer you won’t have only one of.

Onerous

Oatmeal Stout, 6.2% ABV

Our annual oatmeal stout exudes notes of roasted bitter dark chocolate. A super creamy body from flaked oats creates a super drinkable beer you just can’t have one of.

Small & Nimble

Strawberry Lemonade Sour Ale, 6% ABV

Waves of earthy funk up front. A balanced and slight acidity melds well with exuberant flavors of strawberry lemonade. Come on summer, where you at?? Available to go in 16oz / 4-packs for $11.

Dämlich Dunkel

Dunkel, 4.8% ABV

Three types of Munich malt create a rich bread body. Notes of stone fruit and fig round out this extremely clean and drinkable lager.
