The product of 10+ years of dedication, curiosity, and a furious, passionate obsession with fermentation. Our brewery sits on 4 acres of riverfront land just 2 miles outside Downtown Asheville. With us, you can enjoy one of the best views of the serene French Broad River with a beer in hand. We specialize in open fermented lager as well as open fermented farmhouse beer – a dichotomy that keeps us both grounded in tradition as well as pushing our own envelope.  We opened without a brewhouse of our own, which means we spent our first 2 years brewing on other local breweries’ systems (an endless thanks to Eurisko Beer Company), and toting wort back to our facility. At the beginning of 2020, we brought the entire process under our own roof when we took delivery of our 15 BBL system from Practical Fusion.
