In early 2021, we started brewing at our industrial production facility located next to the Prescott Regional Airport to increase our offerings in the Phoenix Taproom and our ability to supply bars and restaurants across the state.Each time a member of our Phoenix crew visits the site they are struck by mountain air, relaxing ambience, and gorgeous vistas. Meanwhile, Prescott locals and Phoenicians alike have told us they would like to visit the site and enjoy a beer or two.We consider this Phase 1 of opening our Prescott site to the public. This version is no frills – outdoor biergarten style tables with a trailer serving the beer – it is all about the beer and the views!
