Christian DeBenedetti: FOUNDER, OWNER, BREWER, BEEKEEPER
Christian was raised on Springbrook Farm, home of Wolves & People. After home brewing through college, followed by 12 mos. researching ancient brewing techniques in Europe & West Africa in 1996-7 on the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship program, he worked in various Oregon wineries, breweries, a barrel cooperage, and later as a freelance travel and beer writer based in NYC (primarily for Outside, the NYT, Men’s Journal, and National Geographic Adventure). He’s coauthor of a cookbook, BEER BITES (Chronicle, 2015), and author of THE GREAT AMERICAN ALE TRAIL (Running Press, 2016). He has developed 50+ recipes for W&P; his favorites are WILD QUEEN & NEUBERG. Aspiring bluegrass guitarist.

Lila DeBenedetti: DETAILS, DETAILS
A major lover of all things culinary, Lila was born and raised on a papaya farm on Kauai and worked as National PR Manager for Travel Portland for six years, with wine training and a big stack of cookbooks, generally living life deliciously. Today she runs her own boutique p.r. firm (Talk Story PR) and loves to hike, crank up Sam Cooke, and dance.
