It all started when…

My wife made the fateful decision to let me really go for it. To convert our garage into a 1bbl brewery. She asked me if the project would be expensive, I said “Yes!” She asked me if I’d make money with the brewery, I said “No!” She said, “Perfect!” I don’t know how all of this really happened, but she’s been patiently supporting this crazy idea every since.

Over the next two years I plowed into cleaning the damn garage out. Then came the new floor. Ask me about trench drains, sewer, and gas lines! Installing equipment and a cooler, I shiver to think of it. Permits and inspections by the barrelful (but I love you, regulatory overlords).
