Co-owner and brewer, Steven Torres, bleeds good beer. He should probably get that checked out, but in all seriousness, brewing beer is his game. Hailing from Golden Road Brewing, his 8 years of experience as a brewer made him the perfect partner to help Upshift bring classic beer styles back to the public.

We are paying homage to classic beers and restoring them to their proper form. We are brewed to perform and here to ignite those taste buds.
