Union Brothers Brewing was opened in 2020 as a full service brewpub with a full kitchen on site. Founded by Zach and Leah Waltz, local residents to the Harmony area. Zach always knew that once the idea of a brewpub came to life he wanted to open in his hometown.
Union Brothers strives to use the freshest ingredients and common practices to make sustainable and well balanced ales and lagers. We like to think of our taproom as a place for friends and family alike to come in and unwind and forget about life outside.
Full outdoor area decorated with many fire pits, outdoor games and live music all weekend long. Union Brothers has set out to become a destination spot for everyone to sit back and relax and enjoy everything we have to offer.
At full peak we will offer 12 rotating options along with cider and Wine.
With an awesome front of the house staff spearheaded by Josh Marshall and Regina Springer, they strive to bring you a rockstar experience anytime you walk in to our doors.
Our kitchen headed by Chef Jim Seibel brings 45 plus years of experience to our team. Tom Lutz carries on our vision and brings our dining experience full circle. With an extensive background in fine dining he brings a flare to our ever evolving kitchen line up.
In 2021, We expanded our brewing operations which was formally on site of the restaurant to its own facility. We now operate a 10bbl production facility. By opening this facility we have quadrupled our production capacity. You might also catch us in some of your favorite Bar/Restaurants as well as bottle shops.
