After more than a year The Funkhaüst Café is back with a beautiful face-lift. This location is our special, eclectic, European-inspired taproom in our funky & wild barrel-aging facility.⁠ The cafe features four rotating drafts of easy-drinking non-funky & wild beers (Witbier, Hefeweizen, Lagers, IPA’s, etc) as well as some of our funky & wild beers produced at this facility. We also offer on-premise bottle service, including vintages, highlighting our Mixed Fermies™, Lambic-inspired beers, as well as our Barrel aged Stouts and Barleywines. ⁠
