Jerry Aumand opened the original Lionheart Blues Cafe on Lark Street in 1992. Since its opening day, the pub has led the craft beer revolution in the Capital District. Jerry transition the Lionheart to its current location in 2003, allowing more space for craft beer on tap, English steel-tip dart boards, and pool tables.

The Lionheart Pub and Brewery is Albany’s largest & hottest mid-town nightspot. A classic watering hole, the Lionheart offers lots of fun and a friendly staff. The Lionheart is truly a beer lover’s paradise with the absolute best of American micro-brews & quality imports ever to slide past your lips, to include three constantly rotating draft beers drafts that are brewed on site.
