Located 8 miles north of Fort Collins, Colorado, Sparge Brewing is just off highway 87 in Wellington. As one of the fastest growing towns in the state, Wellington was the perfect location for an army vet and his wife to open a craft brewery. Established in 2018 and opened in 2019, Sparge specializes in approachable, sessionable beer for all to enjoy.
