Separatist Beer Project

If you ask us what we are all about at Separatist Beer Project, the answer is simple: Hops, Lagerbier and Spontaneous Fermentation. From our classic, easy-drinking quintessential Cream Ale to our Wild Ale Blendery series we aim create the best beer possible.

While we brew a large variety of hoppy IPAs and crisp Lagers, our true passion can be found within the Separatist Blendery—a space we have dedicated to rustic brewing. Here amongst the barrels and foudres you can find us working on an array of spontaneously fermented ales based on the traditional methods we learned while studying in Europe. With the recent addition of a Koelschip, our Blendery has become our sanctuary to the art of brewing.
