After years of lengthy legal battles with the city of Atlanta (distance requirement from a tattoo shop, amending the zoning code and permitted use law, negotiating building use and government lockdown due to a global pandemic), Sabbath Brewing held it’s grand opening on July 4, 2021. The focus of Sabbath is brewing high quality ales fermented in oak with only the finest ingredients. There are no flagships and there will always be a new interesting beer waiting for you the next time you visit. We focus on yeast forward, easy drinking beers such as Saisons and Grisettes, but we also brew crowd favorites like Hazy IPAs and stouts.
