In late summer 2005, Pete, Kym and the Roosters’ fabulous crew introduced their vibe to Layton. From geographical, philosophical and culinary perspectives, the new location is just off what locals call “Restaurant Row.” Roosters is Davis County’s first and only micro brewery and boasts what is arguably the city’s most unique menu.
