Right Brain Brewery

Duties include

• Support brewery culture and values
• Educate and work closely with distribution management
• Educate distributor sales teams on brands and special releases
• Create and develop positive working relationships with distribution management
• Oversee chain programs and execution through education and retail visits
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales coordination with wholesalers
• Prepare weekly sales reports and expense reports
• Ensure proper levels of inventory at wholesalers and key accounts

Requirements:

• Must have a passion for craft beer and brewing industry experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of proven excellence in sales, preferably in the craft brewing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of VIP/KARMA sales software
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to travel 50% of work week

This is a full time salaried position, with a pay range of $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid time off, health care stipend, mileage reimbursement, employee discounts.
