Pies & Pub founded in 2011, started as Pies & Pints and in 2019 changed its name to Pies & Pub. It started as a neighborhood Pizzeria & Pub serving the Greater Waterbury Area. Now Pies & Pub restaurant is a well known destination for great craft beer, its award winning authentic Italian hand tossed pizza, delicious wings served in many flavors and styles, half pound black angus blended short rib and chuck burgers, shareable for friends and family, from sandwiches to main entrees and friendly atmosphere. All our food is available for dine-in or take out, including on line ordering
