Our Brewery

located in northwestern lake zurich, il at 932 donata court our brewery has grown from two leased tanks to a modern 21,000 square facility complete with reverse osmosis water processing, 3-vessel 15bbl steam-powered brewhouse, gea centrifuge, counter-pressure codi packaging line, full quality control lab, and 3,000 square foot taproom with outdoor seating.
