TAP ROOM:

Full pours for on-site consumption and 16oz cans to go (when available). 10 to 14 beers on tap at all times, highlighting session beer styles from all over with a selection of full-strength beers from our Voll Projekt. Communal tables, counter service, It’s a place to socialize with friends or meet new ones. 

BIERGARTEN:

Located in the center of the Charles River Speedway facility. Open year-round (snow, sun, whatever), our 2000 sq ft Biergarten has a seating capacity of 250. Communal tables, easy access to food vendors and all the Speedway has to offer.

BREWERY:

We hope that our brewery will provide customers a way to see the unique brewing processes and equipment we use – a traditional decoction brew-house, open and closed fermentation, horizontal lagering tanks, German gravity cask dispensing, and a draft system imported from the Czech Republic – tools, process and equipment that will allow a wide variety of session beer (and occasionally non-session beer) to be produced.
