Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bear-Paw Regional Greenways. A version of a classic witbier brewed with barley, wheat, noble hops, sweet & bitter orange peel, and coriander. This yellow gold beer is hazy with a pervasive white head like few clouds in the sky on a sunny New Hampshire day. Aromas of lemon, banana, and orange along with spices like sage, clove, and white pepper lean on the doughy-bready baseline. The medium body is filled with flavors of marmalade and herbal lemon tea with biscuits. A clean finish after a second leaves you with a sweet feeling.

Pale Ale fermented with the Juggernaut Kveik Blend. Pale malt and oats set the base with a whirlpool addition of Azacca. Dry hopped with Azacca and Ekuanot. Notes of peach rings, papaya, pineapple and lime. 16 oz
