Mash Mechanix Brewing Company is seeking energetic, outgoing team member for a part-time craft beertender in our taproom. We are looking for a team member who is avaible for two weekday, day shifts and one weekend shift. The weekend shift is when needed. JOB DUTIES: • Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items in order to answer guest questions and make recommendations • Provide responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and identification • Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive and engaging atmosphere • Serve a variety of beer and non-alcoholic • Manage orders and process payments (cash or card) through the POS system • Maintain comfort & cleanliness throughout the taproom, storage areas, and restrooms
