Our brewery is situated on the Marriner family’s 54-acre working farm in Ellicott City. In addition to our scenic 2 acre hopfield, we are home to 14 acres of non-GMO corn, approximately 15 egg-laying chickens, several honey bee hives, 2 pygmy goats, and more than 20 free-range Angus cattle. Our garden produces fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are sold (along with our beef) at our on-site seasonal farm stand. They are also used in our beers and at our nearby restaurants (Victoria Gastro Pub and Manor Hill Tavern)
Brewery operations began in June of 2015, making Manor Hill Brewing Howard County’s first farm brewery. Today, we are Maryland’s largest farm brewery by production. Our head brewer uses high quality seasonal ingredients to craft hand-made beers from original and unique recipes. We believe strongly in supporting local and practicing sustainability and work to achieve these values whenever possible.
Join us on the farm for first come, first serve seating on Fridays (4-9pm), Saturdays (12-7pm), and Sundays (12-7pm). Or place an order for Curbside pickup Monday to Friday. Our Pizza Trolley offers brick oven pizzas on Fridays (4-8pm) and Saturdays (12-6pm). We invite rotating food trucks on Sundays.
If you are interested in booking a private event, we offer two private event spaces at Manor Hill depending on when you want to book, THE TAPROOM for weekday events and THE BARN for weekend events. More information here or contact
