Chefs Roberto Cardenas and Rocio Villalobos are friendly faces constantly abuzz around Madras Brewing, maintaining a strong presence with guests to ensure satisfaction. They have chosen a fine group of fresh-faced servers to head up front-of-house operations. The Madras Brewing food menu is comprised of innovative, contemporary cuisine with lots of flavor, color, and variety. Madras Brewing Co. boasts a great selection of beer and fresh, fantastically infused creations made with real ingredients (never syrup), available only at Madras Brewing. Cardenas has been cooking in Central Oregon since 2004. He continuously supports his community with several fundraisers every year. He believes in creating a friend before a customer.
