Knucklehead (knuck·le·head)

plural noun: knuckleheads

Definition: We know the first Harley Davidson engine was called The Knucklehead and we love the bikes but that is not the reason for our name. We know the Three Stooges referenced “Knuckleheads” many times and we love them but that is not the reason why. While we take our beer and food produced at the brewery seriously, we do not take ourselves seriously….thus the term for us has become, Knuckleheads
