4.8% Single decoction ripfen hopf lager brewed with Vienna, dark wheat, and floor malted pilsner. Hopped with aged Styrian goldings from The Zalec valley of Slovenia. This barrel was carbonated by adding Kraussen from another little rustic lager we have waiting in the wings.
