Located on in beautiful Bridgman, Michigan, the Haymarket Taproom opened in January 2017 in what used to be the State Police post. The Taproom sits on a sprawling 17-acre piece of property which includes protected wet lands and a spacious field for live music and large-scale outdoor events (coming soon!). As Haymarket’s second location, the Taproom is also the primary production facility for kegs and cans of our Belgian and American-style ales that are distributed in the Chicagoland area as well as South West Michigan starting in 2017.
The Taproom has a large indoor dining area set up in the style of a traditional German-style beer hall as well as a large outdoor beer garden. Specializing in wood-fired pizzas cooked in Italian pizza ovens, the Taproom offers a rotating seasonal menu with an emphasis on locally sourced foods prepared in our from-scratch kitchen. The Taproom is a non-tipping establishment as well as a seat-yourself style restaurant where guests are invited to order at the counter and in the spirit of community, share a table and strike up a conversation with their neighbor.
