The Czech Pils is a classic style of beer that true beer geeks are familiar with and it is finally getting some love from the masses in the US. With hockey season on the horizon, we named it appropriately. We even threw in some EKG hops to put a little English on it. Ask your server about Mliko or “milk pours”.
