When Mitch called his dad Wade in the fall of 2019 with the idea that their hometown needed a brewery, he could only nod in agreement – and then laughed the idea off.

But they never let it go away entirely, after countless hours of researching, studying and rolling up their sleeves, the Carlson’s are proud to bring Elm Creek Brewing Co. to their beloved Champlin, friends and neighbors.
