Drätz Brewing Company is owned and operated by Kerry Drake who has been brewing beer for several years developing the passion and skills to make great craft beer. Having a family that originated in Amsterdam, Holland (a region and former province on the western coast of the Netherlands) Kerry is inspired by his family’s roots from the old country nestled in between Belgium and Germany as well as being one of the early settlers of the United States taking part of U.S. history.
