Brothers, in-laws, friends and so much more. Born and raised down the road on Highway 16, we are lovers of all sports known to Wisconsin, the beautiful outdoors: the ski hills, the golf courses, the bike trails and the lakes. But, our true love of craft beer brought us together to realize the Cercis Brewing Company dream.

After much blood, sweat, and yes tears, our vision became reality when we officially opened our doors to the public on May 24, 2018. We hope you enjoy the history and craftsmanship of our brewpub. We want Cercis to be a welcoming, family friendly, social gathering spot that serves great beer, food and fun!

We benefit from some great free labor (“will work for beer”) from many extended family members who share the passion and talent for brewing beer and believe that brewing together is the root of our business success.
