We operate according to the Triple Bottom Line of People, Planet, & Profit. In 2014 we became the 4th certified B Corporation in West Michigan (there are over 3000 B Corps globally). B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This is an international certification similar to LEED for buildings or Fair Trade for coffees, but it looks at the whole business, not just one piece.
