Big Thompson Brewery was born. In 2015, Barb & Kurt realized that their passion project of brewing beer had outgrown their house. Their brewing projects filled the garage, kitchen, and spare bedrooms, with no sign of slowing down. So, they opened Big Thompson Brewery offering a 13 beers on tap and yummy pub foods.
