Our signature IPA. Named after the local spring where we first started getting our brewing water from as home brewers. A clean finishing, light bodied IPA that is very aromatic with a citrus punch due to triple dry-hop additions. Although it ranks in as a super high bitterness rating, it is very well-balanced with the ABV and malt backbone so it doesn’t come across as such.
