Beer Lab HI was founded in 2015 and opened a tasting room in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2016. The brewery is built on the concept of constant change, experimentation and small batch brews to ensure that beer lovers have a memorable experience on every visit. Our 7 bbl system allows us to create unique brews with varying malt bills, hop profiles and specialty ingredients. The possibilities are endless. Come join us on our journey!
