NEW Top Dog is Northeast Wisconsin’s coolest charitable dog contest! This fundraising event is an online vote-driven popularity contest that benefits area animal shelters and Humane Societies in Northeast Wisconsin along with the Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis Club.
