The Anacapa Brewing Company was established in 2000 and focuses on bringing the people of Ventura County only the finest hand-crafted ales and lagers. The offerings of our Brewmaster David Johnston reflect a commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients and respect for historical brewing traditions. This innovation and creativity are exemplified by our seasonal rotation of over 30 beers. As owners of the brewpub, Danny and Destiny both started as brewpub employees in 2000. With hard work and community commitment became proud Brewery owners in 2007. Our goals are to continue providing Ventura with a custom selection of hand-crafted microbrews, a menu of delicious and original meals, in a warm, friendly meeting place. Whether in a suit and tie, shorts and flip-flops, grabbing a pint on our dog friendly patio – you will always feel welcomed by our familiar staff of long-term employees.
