Matthew is formerly of Quincy, Ill and is a 2012 graduate of St. Ambrose University with degrees in finance, management, & economics.
Matt started in the industry as a bartender then later transitioned to assistant brewer. After four years in this position, he decided he wanted to go out on his own, bringing him to 5ive Cities Brewing.
Matthew married his wife Renita in 2016. Renita and Matt presently live in Davenport with their best-boy and Brew Dog Henry, and daughter Blake.
