“We decided to get out of the house for a minute and give this place a try. Friendly staff and really clean facility. I’ve spent a decent amount of time in Germany and Cologne specifically, so I’ve been able to try a wide variety of Kolsch beers there. I’ve learned what makes them good and not-so-good.
