Groundswell Brewing Co

Established in November 2013, Groundswell Brewing Company focuses on high-quality, well-balanced beer with nuanced flavor. Our beers are often lower in alcohol content to highlight flavors. This means our beer pairs well with food, and plays well with a San Diego lifestyle. It can be enjoyed playing sports, during a day at the beach, and with friends and family. We do the hoppy, dank thing too…but overall, our portfolio of beers is balanced. Founding Groundswell Brewing Company was founded in our living room with a small group of friends. Kevin had been home-brewing for more than 20 years and taking up all the space in the garage with his growing array of brew equipment. He finally agreed to move it to a large shed in the backyard, but then bought a commercial, one-barrel system that HAD to go somewhere other than the shed or the garage.
